Onefast is an intermittent fasting timer for iPhone. Pick a plan, tap Start, and the time left is on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. Fix a time afterwards, add a fast you forgot, and never see an ad.

Onefast has no server, no account, no analytics and no advertising. Your history lives on your iPhone and, if you turn it on, in your own private iCloud. It is a timer, not medical advice.
