Drill
Email zenDesign219@gmail.com. Please say which iPhone and iOS version you use, and what you tapped just before the problem. Never send your decks unless we ask.
Import says "This .apkg uses Anki's newer format". In Anki on your computer, export the deck again and tick "Support older Anki versions". Drill reads that format. Nothing was written to your decks — the preview happens before anything is saved.
I imported the same file twice. Nothing was duplicated. Cards already in Drill got their text updated and kept their schedule; the preview says how many.
My cards are not on my new iPhone. Check both phones are signed in to the same Apple ID and that Settings › iCloud sync shows "On" in Drill. The first sync of a large deck can take a few minutes. If it says "Off — No iCloud account", sign in to iCloud on that phone.
"Free keeps 3 decks." Decks you already have always stay learnable, importable and exportable. Drill Pro (one purchase) removes the limit. If you bought Pro on another phone, tap Restore purchase on the Pro screen.
The reminder did not arrive. It is skipped on days you already studied, and it needs notification permission in iPhone Settings › Notifications › Drill. It says how many cards are waiting, nothing more.
"Card generation is not available on this iPhone." It needs iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence turned on in iPhone Settings. Everything else in Drill works on any iPhone with iOS 17.
Where is my export? The share sheet lets you save the zip to Files, AirDrop it, or send it to another app. Drill imports that zip back — on this phone or another — with schedules and images.
Undo pressed the wrong button. The arrow in the top bar of a session takes back the last answer; the card returns with its old schedule.
