Drill

Terms of Use

Effective 20 September 2026 · Version 1.0 · PrimeTruth Team

Drill is provided by PrimeTruth Team under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These notes add the specifics.

1. What Drill is

A study tool: flashcards scheduled by spaced repetition. It is not a medical, legal or financial service and offers no advice of any kind. How well you remember is up to you and your cards; Drill only decides when to ask.

2. Your content

Every card you make or import is yours. Drill claims no rights to it, never transmits it to us, and lets you export it in full at any time, free. Decks you import or share must be yours to use: Drill does not check what is in an .apkg or a zip, and you are responsible for the content you bring in and pass on.

3. Backups are your responsibility

Drill stores cards on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud. If iCloud is off, a lost or wiped phone means lost cards and lost schedules. Settings shows whether iCloud sync is on. Use Export to keep your own copy.

4. Drill Pro

A one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple is the seller and handles every refund under its own policies and under the consumer law of the country you bought from — if you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the rights that law gives you apply whatever this page says. Importing, exporting and studying — every card, every schedule — are free with or without Pro; Pro adds unlimited decks, card generation, monthly statistics and the 13-week activity map, the widget and Live Activity, session modes, per-deck limits, a movable start of the study day, more than one image per card, and FSRS. If a purchase is refunded, decks you already made stay usable; only the Pro features switch off.

5. Apple Intelligence

Card generation runs on Apple's on-device model and can be wrong. Cards it drafts are shown for you to edit before anything is added; check them against your source.

6. No warranty

Drill is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, PrimeTruth Team is not liable for lost cards, missed reviews or any indirect loss. Nothing on this page takes away rights you hold under the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
