Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PrimeTruth Team (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to every game and app we publish under the PrimeTruth Team name on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other store, now and in the future (together, the “Games”, and each a “Game”).
By downloading, installing, or playing any Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
- Play for fun, on devices you own. Do not cheat, copy, or resell the Games.
- Virtual coins, gems, and items have no real-world value and may change over time.
- Purchases are made through the app store, and the store’s refund process applies.
- We may update, change, or retire any Game or feature.
- The Games are provided “as is”, and our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

1. Who can play
Our Games are made for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made on their account. Parents can restrict purchases and ads through the parental controls built into their device and app store.
2. Your license to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you got the Game from. The Games are licensed to you, not sold.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense any Game or any part of it;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the code, artwork, audio, or other assets of a Game, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, modified clients, or other tools to alter gameplay, progress, or virtual balances;
- interfere with the Games, their servers or services, or other players, including by trying to gain unauthorized access;
- use the Games for anything unlawful, or in a way that violates the app store’s rules or the rights of others.
4. Virtual items and purchases
Virtual items. Games may include virtual currency (such as coins or gems), items, boosts, cosmetics, or upgrades (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are a limited license to use a feature inside the relevant Game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Game, and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted. We may add, change, rebalance, or remove Virtual Items, and adjust how they are earned or priced, at any time.
Earning items. Depending on the game, Virtual Items may be earned through play, daily rewards, or by choosing to watch a rewarded advertisement. Rewarded ads are always optional.
Purchases. Some Games offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are made through the app store (for example Apple’s App Store) under that store’s terms and payment methods. We do not process payments ourselves. Prices are shown in the store before you confirm and may differ by region and change over time.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by the app store, not by us, according to its policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final, and unused Virtual Items are not refunded or converted to money, including when a Game or feature is changed or discontinued.
Ad-free upgrades. Where a Game offers an ad-free or premium upgrade, it applies to that Game only. You can restore it on a new device through the “Restore purchases” option in that Game’s settings, signed in to the same app-store account.
5. Advertising
Our Games are free to play and supported by advertising provided by third-party ad networks. The content of ads comes from the advertiser or network, not from us; we do not control it and are not responsible for it or for any site or app an ad links to. How ads use data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Games may use services operated by others, such as Apple Game Center, iCloud, or Google Play Games for leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves. Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside our control.
7. Your content and feedback
If a Game lets you enter a nickname, name, or other content, you are responsible for it. It must not be offensive, misleading, infringing, or unlawful, and we may remove or change it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the Games (for example on a leaderboard). If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
8. Updates, changes, and discontinuation
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any Game, feature, level, event, or Virtual Item at any time, with or without notice, including for technical, legal, or business reasons. Updates may change gameplay or balance, and we cannot guarantee that progress, Virtual Items, or saves will carry over across updates, devices, or after a Game is discontinued. We are not obliged to provide maintenance, support, or updates, although we generally try to.
9. Intellectual property
The Games, including their code, artwork, characters, levels, music, sound, names, logos, and all other content, are owned by PrimeTruth Team or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you beyond the limited license in section 2.
10. No warranty
The Games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeTruth Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, game progress, Virtual Items, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Games or these Terms, however caused. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to the Games will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through the relevant Game in the twelve months before the claim arose or ten US dollars (USD 10). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
12. Your responsibility
You agree to be responsible for, and to compensate us for, any loss or claim caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Games, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using a Game, and delete it, at any time. We may suspend or end your license to a Game if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Game; sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15) will continue to apply.
14. App-store terms
These Terms are between you and PrimeTruth Team only, not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other app store (“Store Provider”). The Store Provider is not responsible for the Games or their content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for them, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Games, including product-liability, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property claims. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. The Store Provider and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of each Game must also comply with the Store Provider’s terms of service.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise, and nothing in these Terms takes away consumer rights you have under those laws. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
16. Changes to these Terms
These Terms are written to cover all of our Games, including features we may add in the future, so they should rarely need to change. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note it in the affected Game or its store release notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The version at primetruthteam.github.io/terms is always the current one.
