ScrollPause
ScrollPause collects nothing. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything the app records stays on your iPhone. Nothing about which apps you pause, or how often you pause them, is ever transmitted anywhere — not to us, and not to anyone else.
The rest of this page explains exactly what is stored, where, and how to remove it.

None. ScrollPause has no user accounts, no sign-in, no server of its own, and no analytics or advertising software of any kind. We do not receive your name, email address, device identifier, location, contacts, photos, or usage figures. We could not identify a single user of ScrollPause if we tried.
Because we collect no data, ScrollPause does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and does not share, sell, or disclose personal information to anyone.
The app keeps the following on your device so that it can work. None of it leaves the device.

ScrollPause uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings and Device Activity frameworks. When you choose apps to pause, iOS hands the app an opaque token for each one — a value that identifies the app to iOS but that we cannot read, decode, or turn back into an app name. Those tokens are stored on your device only.
Apple requires that Screen Time information never leave the device on which it was collected. ScrollPause complies with that requirement absolutely: it has no network code for this purpose and no server to send anything to.
When you tap Share the code on the recovery-code screen, the app writes a small text file into its own temporary folder so that the iOS share sheet can hand it to AirDrop, Mail, or another app you choose. That file is protected with complete file protection, is never readable by other apps, and is deleted as soon as you leave the screen.
If you turn on the weekly reminder, ScrollPause schedules a local notification on your device for Sunday evening. There is no push server involved and no message is sent over the internet. iOS will ask your permission the first time; if you decline, the switch turns itself off and nothing is scheduled.
ScrollPause Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system using StoreKit. Apple processes the payment, not us. We never see your payment card, your billing address, or your Apple Account details. The only thing the app learns from Apple is whether a valid purchase exists, which it uses to unlock Pro features. We keep no receipt of our own and no purchase history on any server.
ScrollPause contains no third-party software development kits — no advertising network, no crash reporter, no analytics provider, no social-media library. The only external code in the app is Apple's own frameworks, which run on your device.
Because nothing is collected and nothing is transmitted, there is no sharing with third parties, no sale of personal information, and no international transfer of data to disclose.
ScrollPause is rated 4+ and is intended for general audiences. It is not directed to children under 13 and is not distributed in the App Store Kids Category. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Privacy laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP give you rights over personal data held about you — to see it, correct it, delete it, or take it elsewhere. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or transfer.
Over the data on your own device you have complete control at all times:

The one thing we do process. If you write to us, your email address and whatever you put in the message reach us — that is the only personal data we ever hold. We use it to answer you and keep it only as long as that takes. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to the people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Complaints. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the EU or EEA country where you live or work, or with the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
International transfers. We transfer nothing, because we receive nothing. An email you send us arrives in a mailbox we hold in Vietnam. Everything else — the App Store, Screen Time, notifications — is operated by Apple on your own device and under Apple's own terms, not ours.
Because no data is transmitted, the usual risks of interception do not arise. On the device, the app relies on iOS file protection for its database, and on the iOS Keychain — device-only, available only while the phone is unlocked — for the app-lock PIN hash and recovery code. Please note that a four-digit PIN protects against someone picking up your unlocked phone; it is not designed to withstand forensic examination of the device itself.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date at the top. Material changes will also be described in the App Store release notes for the version that introduces them. This page has no version history to declare yet: version 1.0 is the first.

Vì không thu thập dữ liệu nào, ScrollPause không theo dõi bạn qua các app hay website khác, không dùng hộp thoại App Tracking Transparency, và không chia sẻ, bán hay tiết lộ thông tin cá nhân cho bất kỳ ai.
App giữ những thứ sau trên máy để hoạt động. Không thứ nào rời khỏi máy.

ScrollPause dùng các bộ khung Family Controls, Managed Settings và Device Activity của Apple. Khi bạn chọn app để dừng, iOS trao cho app một mã mờ cho mỗi app — giá trị này định danh app đối với iOS, nhưng chúng tôi không đọc, không giải mã và không thể biến nó ngược lại thành tên app. Các mã đó chỉ nằm trên máy bạn.
Apple yêu cầu thông tin Screen Time không bao giờ được rời khỏi thiết bị thu thập nó. ScrollPause tuân thủ tuyệt đối: app không có đoạn mã mạng nào cho mục đích này và không có máy chủ nào để gửi đi.
Khi bạn bấm Chia sẻ mã ở màn mã khôi phục, app ghi một file văn bản nhỏ vào thư mục tạm của chính nó để bảng chia sẻ của iOS đưa được cho AirDrop, Mail hay app bạn chọn. File đó được đặt mức bảo vệ cao nhất, app khác không đọc được, và bị xoá ngay khi bạn rời màn hình.
Nếu bạn bật lời nhắc hằng tuần, ScrollPause đặt một thông báo cục bộ trên máy vào tối Chủ nhật. Không có máy chủ đẩy nào tham gia và không có tin nhắn nào đi qua internet. iOS sẽ hỏi quyền lần đầu; nếu bạn từ chối, công tắc tự tắt và không có gì được đặt lịch.
ScrollPause Pro bán qua hệ thống Mua trong ứng dụng của Apple bằng StoreKit. Apple xử lý thanh toán, không phải chúng tôi. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thẻ thanh toán, địa chỉ thanh toán hay thông tin Apple Account của bạn. Thứ duy nhất app biết được từ Apple là có tồn tại một giao dịch hợp lệ hay không, để mở khoá các tính năng Pro. Chúng tôi không giữ biên lai riêng và không lưu lịch sử mua hàng trên bất kỳ máy chủ nào.
ScrollPause không chứa bộ công cụ phát triển nào của bên thứ ba — không mạng quảng cáo, không công cụ báo lỗi, không nhà cung cấp phân tích, không thư viện mạng xã hội. Mã bên ngoài duy nhất trong app là các bộ khung của chính Apple, chạy trên máy bạn.
Vì không thu thập gì và không truyền gì, nên không có việc chia sẻ với bên thứ ba, không bán thông tin cá nhân, và không có chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài nào để phải công bố.
ScrollPause được xếp hạng 4+ và dành cho công chúng nói chung. App không nhắm tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không phân phối trong hạng mục Kids của App Store. Vì app không thu thập thông tin cá nhân của bất kỳ ai, nên cũng không thu thập của trẻ em.
Các luật về quyền riêng tư như GDPR của EU và Anh, Đạo luật CCPA của California, và Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP của Việt Nam trao cho bạn quyền đối với dữ liệu cá nhân mà bên khác giữ về bạn — được xem, sửa, xoá hoặc mang đi nơi khác. Chúng tôi không giữ dữ liệu cá nhân nào về bạn, nên không có gì để chúng tôi cung cấp, sửa hay chuyển giao.
Với dữ liệu trên máy của chính bạn, bạn toàn quyền mọi lúc:
Nếu bạn cho rằng quyền riêng tư của mình bị xâm phạm, bạn có thể liên hệ chúng tôi theo địa chỉ trên, và có quyền khiếu nại tới cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu tại nơi bạn ở.
Một thứ duy nhất chúng tôi có xử lý. Khi bạn viết thư cho chúng tôi, địa chỉ email và nội dung thư là dữ liệu cá nhân duy nhất chúng tôi từng nắm giữ. Chúng tôi dùng nó để trả lời bạn và chỉ giữ trong thời gian đó. Cơ sở pháp lý là lợi ích hợp pháp trong việc trả lời người viết thư cho mình (Điều 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Khiếu nại. Nếu bạn cho rằng chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu của bạn không đúng, bạn có quyền khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu của nước EU hoặc EEA nơi bạn sống hay làm việc, hoặc với Information Commissioner's Office ở Vương quốc Anh.
Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài. Chúng tôi không chuyển gì cả, vì không nhận gì cả. Thư bạn gửi tới một hộp thư chúng tôi giữ ở Việt Nam. Mọi thứ còn lại — App Store, Screen Time, thông báo — do Apple vận hành ngay trên máy bạn và theo điều khoản của Apple, không phải của chúng tôi.
Vì không có dữ liệu nào được truyền đi, các rủi ro chặn bắt thông thường không phát sinh. Trên máy, app dựa vào cơ chế bảo vệ file của iOS cho cơ sở dữ liệu, và dựa vào Keychain của iOS — chỉ trên máy này, chỉ đọc được khi máy đang mở khoá — cho phần băm mã PIN và mã khôi phục. Xin lưu ý: mã PIN bốn chữ số bảo vệ trước việc ai đó cầm chiếc máy đang mở khoá của bạn; nó không được thiết kế để chống lại việc phân tích pháp y trên chính thiết bị.
Nếu chính sách này thay đổi, bản mới sẽ được đăng tại địa chỉ này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới ở đầu trang. Những thay đổi quan trọng cũng sẽ được nêu trong ghi chú phát hành trên App Store của phiên bản đưa ra thay đổi đó. Trang này chưa có lịch sử phiên bản nào: 1.0 là bản đầu tiên.
