ScrollPause
These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and PrimeTruth Team ("we", "us") covering your use of the ScrollPause application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
This agreement is between you and PrimeTruth Team only, and not with Apple. PrimeTruth Team, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
ScrollPause uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to place a pause screen in front of apps you choose, and to block them entirely during quiet hours you set. It counts how often you paused and how often you walked away. It is a self-control tool, offered as it is.
It is not a medical device, a treatment, or a clinical intervention, and it makes no claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If your relationship with your phone is causing you distress, please speak with a qualified professional.
You should also understand what the App cannot do. It works within the limits iOS allows. Screen Time permission can be withdrawn in iPhone Settings at any time, and the App can be deleted from the phone at any time — by you or by anyone else holding it. The App will tell you when pausing has stopped working, but it cannot prevent either of those things.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in Apple's App Store Terms of Service. The App is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy it (except as those Usage Rules permit), reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works of it, or redistribute, rent, lease, lend, sell or sublicense it, except to the extent that applicable law forbids that restriction.
The App is free to download. Some features require ScrollPause Pro, sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system in two forms.

The price you actually pay is the one shown in the App at the moment of purchase, in your own currency, including any tax Apple collects for your country.
The Lifetime purchase and any active subscription can be restored on your other devices with the Restore purchase button on the Pro screen, using the same Apple Account.
All payments are handled by Apple, and refunds are decided by Apple, not by us. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Where consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal, that right is exercised through Apple as the seller of record.
If we change prices, the change applies only to purchases and renewals made after it takes effect, and Apple will ask for your consent before charging a higher renewal price.
PrimeTruth Team is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, to the extent such services are required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. You can reach us at zenDesign219@gmail.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. PrimeTruth Team is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of PrimeTruth Team.
PrimeTruth Team, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: product liability claims; any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of Apple's Family Controls frameworks.
The App, its name, its design and its content belong to PrimeTruth Team and are protected by copyright and other laws. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, PrimeTruth Team, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
Apple, iPhone, App Store and Screen Time are trademarks of Apple Inc. ScrollPause is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App — for example, the terms of your wireless data service plan.
You and PrimeTruth Team acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right — and will be deemed to have accepted the right — to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary of them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeTruth Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
This licence lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms, and you may end it at any time by deleting the App from your devices. Deleting the App does not by itself cancel an auto-renewing subscription — cancel that in your Apple Account settings.
If these terms change, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the App and cancel any subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence gives you rights that cannot be set aside — those rights continue to apply to you.

Điều khoản sử dụng này là thoả thuận giữa bạn và PrimeTruth Team ("chúng tôi") về việc bạn sử dụng ứng dụng ScrollPause ("App"). Khi tải hoặc dùng App là bạn chấp nhận các điều khoản này. Nếu không chấp nhận, xin đừng dùng App.
Thoả thuận này chỉ giữa bạn và PrimeTruth Team, không phải với Apple. PrimeTruth Team, chứ không phải Apple, chịu trách nhiệm duy nhất về App và nội dung của nó. Apple không có bất kỳ nghĩa vụ nào trong việc cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ đối với App.
ScrollPause dùng các bộ khung Screen Time của Apple để hiện một màn dừng trước các app bạn chọn, và chặn hẳn chúng trong khung giờ yên tĩnh bạn đặt. App đếm số lần bạn dừng lại và số lần bạn thôi không mở. Đây là một công cụ tự kiềm chế, được cung cấp nguyên trạng.
Đây không phải thiết bị y tế, phương pháp điều trị hay can thiệp lâm sàng, và không tuyên bố chẩn đoán, điều trị hay chữa khỏi bất kỳ tình trạng nào. Nếu quan hệ của bạn với chiếc điện thoại đang gây khổ sở, xin hãy trao đổi với người có chuyên môn.
Bạn cũng nên hiểu những gì App không làm được. Nó hoạt động trong giới hạn iOS cho phép. Quyền Screen Time có thể bị thu hồi trong Cài đặt iPhone bất cứ lúc nào, và App có thể bị gỡ khỏi máy bất cứ lúc nào — bởi bạn hoặc bởi bất kỳ ai đang cầm máy. App sẽ báo cho bạn khi việc dừng ngừng hoạt động, nhưng không ngăn được hai việc đó.
Chúng tôi cấp cho bạn giấy phép có giới hạn, không chuyển nhượng, không độc quyền để sử dụng App trên các thiết bị mang thương hiệu Apple mà bạn sở hữu hoặc kiểm soát, theo Quy tắc sử dụng nêu trong Điều khoản dịch vụ App Store của Apple. App được cấp phép cho bạn, không phải bán đứt. Bạn không được sao chép (ngoài phạm vi Quy tắc sử dụng cho phép), dịch ngược, phân rã, sửa đổi hay tạo sản phẩm phái sinh, cũng không được phân phối lại, cho thuê, cho mượn, bán hay cấp phép lại, trừ khi pháp luật hiện hành cấm hạn chế đó.
App tải về miễn phí. Một số tính năng cần ScrollPause Pro, bán qua hệ thống Mua trong ứng dụng của Apple, dưới hai hình thức.

Giá bạn thực trả là giá hiển thị trong App tại thời điểm mua, bằng đồng tiền của bạn, đã gồm mọi khoản thuế Apple thu cho quốc gia của bạn.
Gói Trọn đời và gói đang hoạt động có thể khôi phục trên các thiết bị khác của bạn bằng nút Khôi phục lượt mua ở màn Pro, với cùng một Apple Account.
Mọi khoản thanh toán do Apple xử lý, và việc hoàn tiền do Apple quyết định, không phải chúng tôi. Yêu cầu gửi qua reportaproblem.apple.com. Ở nơi luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng cho bạn quyền rút lại giao dịch, quyền đó thực hiện thông qua Apple với tư cách bên bán.
Nếu chúng tôi thay đổi giá, thay đổi chỉ áp dụng cho các lượt mua và gia hạn sau khi có hiệu lực, và Apple sẽ hỏi ý bạn trước khi tính mức gia hạn cao hơn.
PrimeTruth Team chịu trách nhiệm duy nhất trong việc cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì và hỗ trợ cho App, trong phạm vi pháp luật hiện hành yêu cầu. Apple không có nghĩa vụ cung cấp bất kỳ dịch vụ bảo trì hay hỗ trợ nào đối với App. Bạn liên hệ chúng tôi tại zenDesign219@gmail.com.
Trong phạm vi tối đa pháp luật hiện hành cho phép, App được cung cấp "nguyên trạng" và "theo khả năng sẵn có", không kèm bảo hành dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. PrimeTruth Team chịu trách nhiệm duy nhất về mọi bảo hành sản phẩm, dù minh thị hay ngụ ý theo luật, trong phạm vi chúng không được miễn trừ hiệu quả.
Trong trường hợp App không phù hợp với bất kỳ bảo hành áp dụng nào, bạn có thể thông báo cho Apple, và Apple sẽ hoàn lại cho bạn giá mua App. Trong phạm vi tối đa pháp luật hiện hành cho phép, Apple không có bất kỳ nghĩa vụ bảo hành nào khác đối với App. Mọi khiếu nại, tổn thất, trách nhiệm, thiệt hại, chi phí khác phát sinh từ việc không phù hợp với bảo hành thuộc trách nhiệm duy nhất của PrimeTruth Team.
PrimeTruth Team, chứ không phải Apple, chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết mọi khiếu nại của bạn hoặc của bên thứ ba liên quan tới App hoặc việc bạn sở hữu và sử dụng App, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở: khiếu nại về trách nhiệm sản phẩm; khiếu nại rằng App không đáp ứng yêu cầu pháp lý hoặc quy định hiện hành; và khiếu nại phát sinh theo pháp luật về bảo vệ người tiêu dùng, quyền riêng tư hoặc tương tự, kể cả liên quan tới việc App sử dụng các bộ khung Family Controls của Apple.
App, tên gọi, thiết kế và nội dung của nó thuộc về PrimeTruth Team và được bảo hộ bởi luật bản quyền cùng các luật khác. Trong trường hợp có khiếu nại từ bên thứ ba rằng App hoặc việc bạn sở hữu và sử dụng App xâm phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ của bên đó, PrimeTruth Team, chứ không phải Apple, chịu trách nhiệm duy nhất trong việc điều tra, biện hộ, dàn xếp và giải quyết khiếu nại đó.
Apple, iPhone, App Store và Screen Time là nhãn hiệu của Apple Inc. ScrollPause là ứng dụng độc lập, không liên kết, không được Apple Inc. chứng thực hay bảo trợ.
Bạn cam đoan và bảo đảm rằng bạn không ở tại quốc gia đang chịu lệnh cấm vận của Chính phủ Hoa Kỳ, hoặc quốc gia bị Chính phủ Hoa Kỳ xếp là "hỗ trợ khủng bố"; và bạn không nằm trong bất kỳ danh sách các bên bị cấm hoặc hạn chế nào của Chính phủ Hoa Kỳ.
Bạn phải tuân thủ các điều khoản áp dụng của bên thứ ba khi dùng App — ví dụ điều khoản gói cước dữ liệu di động của bạn.
Bạn và PrimeTruth Team thừa nhận và đồng ý rằng Apple cùng các công ty con của Apple là bên thứ ba thụ hưởng của Điều khoản sử dụng này, và khi bạn chấp nhận các điều khoản này, Apple có quyền — và được coi là đã chấp nhận quyền đó — thực thi Điều khoản sử dụng này đối với bạn với tư cách bên thứ ba thụ hưởng.
Trong phạm vi tối đa pháp luật hiện hành cho phép, PrimeTruth Team không chịu trách nhiệm về các thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt hay hệ quả phát sinh từ việc bạn sử dụng hoặc không thể sử dụng App. Tổng trách nhiệm của chúng tôi với bạn không vượt quá số tiền bạn đã trả cho App trong mười hai tháng trước khi phát sinh khiếu nại. Không điều nào trong các điều khoản này loại trừ trách nhiệm mà pháp luật không cho phép loại trừ, bao gồm trách nhiệm về chết người hoặc thương tật do sơ suất, hoặc về gian lận.
Giấy phép này có hiệu lực cho tới khi chấm dứt. Nó tự động chấm dứt nếu bạn không tuân thủ bất kỳ điều khoản nào, và bạn có thể chấm dứt bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách gỡ App khỏi thiết bị. Việc gỡ App tự nó không huỷ gói tự động gia hạn — hãy huỷ trong cài đặt Apple Account.
Nếu các điều khoản này thay đổi, bản mới sẽ được đăng tại địa chỉ này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới. Việc tiếp tục dùng App sau khi thay đổi có hiệu lực nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận bản sửa đổi. Nếu không chấp nhận, xin ngừng dùng App và huỷ gói đăng ký nếu có.
Các điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật nước Cộng hoà Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, trừ trường hợp luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng bắt buộc tại quốc gia cư trú của bạn cho bạn những quyền không thể bị loại trừ — các quyền đó vẫn tiếp tục áp dụng với bạn.
