Turnus
Email zenDesign219@gmail.com. Please say which iPhone and iOS version you use, and what you tapped just before the problem. Never send us your pay rate or an invite link.
Check both phones are signed in to the same Apple ID and that the iCloud row in Turnus › Settings says "On". Tap that row to see the raw status and copy it to us if it says anything else. Sync can take a few minutes on first launch.
They see your shifts only in that team, and only from the moment they joined onward — past shifts are not backfilled. Make sure you both have iCloud on; a team is carried by iCloud sharing, so it cannot move between two phones that are offline.
It should not: a pattern skips any day you filled in yourself or agreed in a swap, and it never writes into the past. If it did overwrite something, tell us the pattern and the date and we will look.
Open Rate & rules and check four things: the hourly rate, the night window, whether premiums are set to add together, and the weekly overtime threshold. The figure is an estimate before tax from the numbers you entered — it is not your payslip. Weekly overtime is counted per week, so a week that straddles two months is counted in the month where it ends.
iOS asks for notification permission once per install. If it was declined, turn Turnus on again in iPhone Settings › Notifications; the app cannot ask a second time.
Turnus reads .ics and .csv. The preview shows what was read before anything is written, so nothing is added until you tap Add. If the count is 0, send us the first few lines of the file.
Two paid routes and one free one. With Turnus Pro: Settings › Export CSV for everything, or the Pay screen's Export PDF for one month — both go through the share sheet, so you can save to Files, AirDrop, or send to another app. Without Pro you can still share a week as an image from the calendar, and you can always delete everything from Settings › Delete all data.
The yearly plan is an Apple subscription: iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Turnus. The lifetime purchase is one-time and has nothing to cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple.
