Turnus
Turnus is provided by PrimeTruth Team under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These notes add the specifics.
A shift calendar and a pay estimator. It is not a payroll system, a timekeeping system of record, or a legal, tax or financial service, and it gives no advice of any kind.
Turnus multiplies the hours you entered by the rate and premiums you entered. It is an estimate before tax and deductions, and it knows nothing about your contract, your collective agreement or your country's overtime law. Your employer's payslip is the number that counts. Never use a Turnus figure to dispute pay without checking it yourself.
Your shifts, workplaces, rules and notes are yours. Turnus claims no rights to them and never transmits them to us. Sharing a week as an image is free; CSV and monthly PDF export are part of Turnus Pro. Deleting everything, from the phone and from your iCloud, is always free and needs no purchase.
A team is a share you create. Inviting someone gives them your shift times for that team calendar, and accepting a swap changes both calendars. Only invite people you work with: an invite link is a key, and anyone who opens it joins. The team owner can remove members, and any member can leave. There is no moderation and no dispute process — a swap is an agreement between you and a colleague, not a contract with us.
Turnus stores shifts on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud. If iCloud is off, a lost or wiped phone means lost shifts. The Settings screen says so when backup is off. Use Export to keep your own copy.
Pro is sold two ways through the App Store: a yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, or a one-time lifetime purchase. A subscription renews at the end of each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends; manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Apple is the seller and handles every refund under its own policies and under the consumer law of the country you bought from — if you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the rights that law gives you apply whatever this page says.
Free, with or without Pro: the calendar, rotation patterns, leave, import, widgets, Live Activity, weekly hours, this month's pay total, iCloud sync, sharing a week as an image, and deleting all your data. Pro adds the full pay breakdown and older months, a second workplace, teams and swaps, your other calendars, and CSV and PDF export.
Turnus is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, PrimeTruth Team is not liable for a missed shift, a wrong pay estimate, a swap that did not reach a colleague, or any indirect loss. Nothing on this page takes away rights you hold under the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
